CJPAC Welcomes New Executive Director

Joel Reitman, Chair of the Canadian Jewish Political Affairs Committee (CJPAC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Waldman as its new Executive Director.  “After a thorough and extensive search, we are thrilled that we have appointed a leader for CJPAC with an abundance of private and community experience, a long-standing commitment to political engagement and true passion for the organization,” said Mr. Reitman.

Mark Waldman is an accomplished and seasoned business and community leader with a true commitment to engagement in communal life and the political process.  His experience as the founding Chair and acting Managing Director of a predecessor organization to CJPAC, his vast involvement with the Jewish community as a leader and innovator and his strong business background will enable him to help the organization grow and meet tomorrow’s challenges.  Mark was a driving force behind the creation and development of CJPAC, and looks forward to building on its great success in helping the Jewish community in Canada to have impact beyond our numbers.
