Frequently Asked Questions

1.
I want CJPAC campaign volunteer training. How do I sign up?

Click here to be notified of upcoming training dates or send us an email at volunteer@cjpac.ca.

2. I know what party and candidate I want to work for. Can CJPAC really connect me directly?

That’s what we’re here for! We can put you in touch with campaign offices across the country to set you up to volunteer.

3. I’m not sure yet who I want to support. Can CJPAC help?

Think of us as your election concierge. We can send you the platforms of all parties so that you can see which is the best fit for you. We can also let you know who is running in your preferred riding.

4. Should I volunteer through CJPAC or independently?

Definitely through CJPAC. We make the process as easy as can be by connecting you directly with the campaign of your choice. If you’re apprehensive and want to feel prepared when you first walk into the campaign office, we’ll even train you to be an all-star volunteer! Campaigns know about our expert training and are always excited to work with volunteers who come to them through CJPAC. Sign up here to volunteer or click here to arrange training.

5. I already vote. Why also volunteer?

Every vote may count, but each time a campaign volunteer knocks on a door, calls a voter or hands out campaign literature, the opportunity is created for that volunteer to ultimately bring in more votes. Take the first step by signing up to volunteer.
