We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and efficient Office Administrator to join our national office in Toronto as a one-year maternity leave replacement from Sept. 5th, 2023 to Oct. 31st, 2024. We believe that the Office Administrator is the backbone of a strong team, enabling the staff to achieve their goals by ensuring that they are set up to succeed.
The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting operations including outreach, events, fundraising and finance. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a balance among competing priorities. Our new hire will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and excel in bringing order to a busy and high energy office. The Office Administrator reports to the Deputy Executive Director.
CJPAC is a national, independent, not-for-profit multi-partisan organization. At our national headquarters in Toronto, we recently returned to in-office and in-community work with a structured hybrid model. The Office Administrator will be required to work in the Toronto office 4 days a week and will work from home on Fridays.
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000 plus benefits.
