Student Internship (October 2025-April 2026)

Overview of the Position:   

This is a paid, part-time internship requiring 20 hours per week, beginning October 6, 2025 and ending April 30, 2026.  

Reporting to Michelle Dor, National Director of Outreach and Programming, the Intern will work primarily with Michelle Dor and with Yos Tarshish, Director, Campus and Youth Impact, and secondarily with other CJPAC team members.   

Applicants must be a full-time student during the 2025 – 2026 school year and a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident. This is a hybrid position with one day per week in the Toronto office required. Applicants must reside in the GTA.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Work on various projects connected to campus outreach and upcoming elections. 
  • Create and carry out strategies to inspire Jewish Canadians and allies to take political action.  

Secondary Responsibilities: 

  • Support other CJPAC departments with projects as necessary   
  • Help with Fellowship & Generation conference preparation  
  • Support alumni outreach efforts  
  • Assist with data management  
  • Work on other projects and tasks as assigned  

Skills & Abilities:   

  • Excellent people skills  
  • Flexibility and adaptability under pressure  
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and demonstrate ownership in a demanding, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders  
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills  
  • Growth mindset and commitment to continual learning and improvement. 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus  

Compensation & Benefits:   

Compensation will be minimum wage. Medical and dental coverage are not provided for this role.
