CJPAC Summer 2026 Internship Application

Looking for an internship where you’ll contribute, not just observe? 

CJPAC is hiring two Summer 2026 Interns to join our Toronto-based team for a paid, full-time internship focused on real political engagement, meaningful responsibility, and hands-on learning. 

This program is designed for students who want firsthand exposure to Canadian politics, practical experience that translates beyond the classroom, and the opportunity to contribute to work that strengthens democratic participation.

About the Program 

CJPAC is a national, independent, multi-partisan organization dedicated to engaging Jewish Canadians and allies in the democratic process. 

Summer Interns are fully integrated into the team and contribute to real initiatives across political engagement, communications, and major events. Interns gain behind-the-scenes insight into how political organizations operate while developing skills applicable to careers in public policy, politics, communications, law, and related fields. 

What You’ll Gain

Internship Details 

  • Program Dates: May 4 to August 31 
  • Location: Toronto (Hybrid: In-Office Mon – Wed, Remote Thu – Fri) 
  • Eligibility: Current or graduating post-secondary students 
  • Application Deadline: Wednesday, March 18

What You’ll Do

  • Support national political engagement and outreach initiatives from planning through execution 
  • Contribute to communications efforts, including digital and social media content 
  • Assist with ACTION, CJPAC’s flagship political networking event 
  • Help strengthen alumni, volunteer, and supporter engagement 
  • Support data management and special projects aligned with your skills and interests 

Who We’re Looking For 

You might be a great fit if you are: 

  • Curious and/or passionate about politics and civic engagement 
  • A strong communicator who takes initiative 
  • Organized, dependable, and eager to learn 
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Aligned with CJPAC’s multi-partisan values and respectful political engagement 

No prior political experience is required. What matters most is your interest, work ethic, and willingness to contribute meaningfully.
