Overview of the Position:
The Director, Donor & Alumni Relations will lead CJPAC’s work to strengthen relationships with two mission-critical audiences: CJPAC’s financial contributors, and alumni of our Fellowship and Generation programs.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be equal parts external ambassador, internal champion, strategic planner, and concierge – all focused on maximizing engagement by donors and alumni in support of CJPAC’s growth and success.

Candidate Profile:
CJPAC is seeking a team member with a growth mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Canadian politics (including some hands-on campaign experience), at least 5 years of work experience, and a deep commitment to CJPAC’s mission. A willingness to travel and flexibility around work hours are essential.

This position is based in Toronto. CJPAC maintains a hybrid work environment, with team members in the GTA working in the office two days per week.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Medical and dental coverage are provided.
Vacation for this role will start at four weeks per year. In addition, CJPAC observes all Jewish holidays.
