Overview of the Position:
CJPAC sees incredible strength and potential in the Manitoba Jewish community and its allies. That’s why we’re seeking to hire a dedicated full-time staff member in Winnipeg.
As the Director, Manitoba Region, you will lead CJPAC’s work to maximize the political impact of the Manitoba Jewish community and its allies in federal, provincial, and municipal elections.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be CJPAC’s key ambassador in Manitoba, a trusted political advisor to community members engaging in the democratic process, and the lead relationship manager with Manitoba lay leaders, partner organizations, and CJPAC program participants and alumni.

Candidate Profile:
You have a growth mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities. You are familiar with Canadian politics (including some hands-on experience), at least 5 years of work experience, and a deep commitment to CJPAC’s mission. A willingness to travel and flexibility around work hours are essential. An existing connection to the Winnipeg Jewish community is a major asset.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Medical and dental coverage are provided.
Vacation for this role will start at four weeks per year. In addition, CJPAC observes all Jewish holidays.
