Overview of the Position
The Associate Director, Events will be responsible for a broad portfolio of events supporting CJPAC’s mission – from intimate parlour meetings to large-scale milestones like CJPAC’s renowned ACTION parties.
Reporting to the National Director of Outreach & Programming, the successful candidate will work closely with CJPAC team members across Canada to plan and deliver an ambitious calendar of events focused on political engagement of Jewish Canadians and allies.

Candidate Profile:
CJPAC is seeking a team member with a growth mindset, outstanding attention to detail, exceptional relationship-building skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of work experience, a strong track record of planning successful events, be familiar with Canadian politics (including some hands-on campaign experience), and demonstrate a deep commitment to CJPAC’s mission. A willingness to travel and flexibility around work hours are essential.

This position is based in Toronto. CJPAC maintains a hybrid work environment, with team members in the GTA working in the office two days per week.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Medical and dental coverage are provided.
Vacation for this role will start at three weeks per year. In addition, CJPAC observes all Jewish holidays.
